The Alameda County Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) in conjunction with Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Solano Counties cordially invites bay area based employers to our Employer Workshop

We value employers and want to cultivate our very important partnership.  The workshop is a free event that will provide employers with a better understanding of DCSS processes  and how we can work better together to simplify processes for all.  Topics will include:

  • New Hire Reporting Requirements
  • Income Withholding Order (IWO) Requirements
  • e-IWO
  • National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) Requirements
  • Bonus Income Withholding
  • Payment Remittance Options
  • How to communicate information and changes to employee status


The Employer Workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, 9:00 AM -12:00 PM (registration begins at 8:30 AM) at The California Endowment Center, 1111 Broadway, 7th Floor, Oakland CA. Attendees will receive a complimentary resource guide along with a thumb drive containing the workshop materials for sharing back at the office.
